opened a development office in Austin, Texas upon its purchase of the balance of the land in the HARRIS BRANCH Planned Unit Development (PUD) in 1996. GALESI-AUSTIN is responsible for the development, management and marketing of COMMERCE PARK ON PARMER LANE and EQUINOX CENTRE, projects carved out of the PUD, as well as the remaining land in the master-planned community called HARRIS BRANCH.

commercial center with fully entitled and developed land for industrial, retail, multifamily and office uses. EQUINOX CENTRE, located at the intersection of SH 130 and US Highway 290 provides land uses that allow for high density retail, office, hotel and multifamily development.
