The Galesi Group, headquartered in Albany, New York, opened a development office in Austin, Texas upon its purchase of the balance of the land in the Harris Branch Planned Unit Development (PUD) in 1996. GALESI-AUSTIN is responsible for the development, management and marketing of Commerce Park on Parmer Lane, Creekside on Parmer Lane and Equinox Centre, projects carved out of the PUD, as well as the remaining land in the master-planned community of Harris Branch


COMMERCE PARK ON PARMER LANE:

A 500 acre commercial center with fully entitled and developed land for industrial, retail, single-family, multifamily and office uses.


CREEKSIDE ON PARMER LANE:

Located 1/2 mile east of Samsung's U.S. manufacturing headquarters, featuring Tuscan inspired garden style apartments. Now leasing.


EQUINOX CENTRE:

Located at the intersection of SH 130 and US Highway 290 provides land uses allowing for high density retail, office, hotel, movie theater and multi-family development.
